So far, so good!
We received our order promptly. We ordered b/c of great reviews on their Customer Service and so far, that has been our experience. We assembled the tent upon delivery to ensure everything was in working order. Since then, I have been contacted by CS to confirm receipt of my delivery and that the tent was in working order. 😊 The actual product is good quality but the ordering and customer service is excellent so far.
Well worth it…
Well, we have a nice size porch, but no overhang on it. The place needed something to give some shade also to protect my patio furniture and this was the perfect thing plenty of shade and protection.

Great service for replacement parts!
I managed to break a couple of the connecting joiner parts on my canopy tent. Even though my tent wasn't purchased directly from QuickTent, they were super helpful and I was able to order replacement parts at an affordable price. The service rep Pearl was great, helping me through every step of the process and following up to be sure everything was good. A great 5 star experience!
