What’s new?
Earlier this year, we’ve expanded our product categories. You can find newly added terms of warranty for:
- Truck Tent – Two-year Warranty
- Motorcycle Shelter – One-year Warranty
- Garden Bed – Up to five years depends on the product material.
What’s upgraded?
Given the feedback from our customers as well as the product features, we’ve also prolonged/complemented the warranty terms for the following categories.
- Party Tent – We upgraded the warranty for big party tents (larger than 10’ x 30’) from SIX months to ONE year. So when you file for a warranty claim of your party tent, pay attention to the size. The most effective way is to provide the order number to our customer representatives if you’re uncertain. They will give you a detailed explanation.
- Patio Umbrella – We added the term ” 2 Years Non-Fading Warranty for Polyester Fabric” as the new series has been added for this collection. Other terms still keep the same as 2020.
